We are privileged to practice in the monastery’s main hall at a time that suits us, and special ceremonies will be performed just for our group. In Tibetan Buddhism, pujas serve a dual purpose: they are profound meditation practices that quiet and focus the mind, as well as sacred rituals aimed at fostering universal well-being.

Arrival: You must arrive in Kathmandu a day before the programme starts.

Training programme schedule:

Day 1:
- Puja at the Amitabha Monastery, meditation, programme session.
- Introduction to Healingbowl® bowls, visit to the workshop.

Day 2: 
Visit to Parping:
- Asura Cave (service).
- Vajra Yogini Temple.
- Chapel with the self-manifesting image of Tara. 
Visit to Bodnath:
- Evening walk and meditation at the sacred site.

Day 3:
- Travel to Pokhara, check-in at the Pema Tsal Sakya Monastery Institute hotel.
- Adaptation and session.
- Free time to explore Pokhara: souvenirs, trekking gear, scenic spots.

Days 4–6:
- Morning meditation (puja) at the monastery.
- Study sessions.
- Visit to the Japanese stupa.
- Sunrise over Annapurna.

Day 7:
Morning session, travel back to Kathmandu.

Study curriculum:
- Introduction to tools and the scientific method.
- Basics of technique.
- Principles of impact.
- Ways to help loved ones.
- Self-recovery methods.
- Skill practice.
